This New Year, we’re not starting with pressure.

Restoration vs. Resolutions

Resolutions say: Do more. Be better. Try harder.

They often come from a place of perceived lack—like something about you needs to be “fixed.” New Year’s resolutions tend to focus on output or a problem:

  • Lose weight
  • Earn more
  • Work harder

While goals are valuable, resolutions can add pressure, particularly for women facing imposter syndrome. Feeling inadequate may make resolutions seem like evidence of not being enough, leading to a problem-oriented mindset.

🕊️ Restoration says: Return to wholeness.

It’s not about becoming someone else—it’s about reconnecting to who you’ve always been underneath the noise.

Restoration is rooted in:

  • Activating strengths
  • Rediscovering what has always worked for you

A coming home to your voice, your truth, and your identity—before the world told you to doubt it. Don’t believe what culture says, believe what God says about you:

You lack nothing.
You are already equipped.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Your purpose is written into your DNA.
I’ve already gone before you.

Don’t spend another year with the same mentality and hearing the same old narratives. I’ve created a self-guided journal that is available right now and invite you to a clearer you in 2026…https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FNCQW2PQ.
