Origin Story: Why I Created This Journal

This journal came from me doing the personal work of really defining my niche—or as I like to say, my metron—the group I feel deeply called to serve. I took time to reflect on the clients who left me feeling elated after a session. The ones who showed up ready to do the work and committed to change, even when it was uncomfortable.

They came from all kinds of backgrounds—CEOs, creatives, ministry leaders—but they had one thing in common: they lacked the confidence and mindset to fully believe they were equipped to be in the very rooms they were already in. That stood out to me. Because from the outside looking in, these women were doing the thing. Accomplished. Brilliant. Educated. But on the inside, they were second-guessing every step.

It really hurts my heart. Because I could see what they couldn’t always see—that they were already enough. It grieves me that so many women don’t see themselves the way God sees them. They doubt the very fabric of who they authentically are.

So I created this journal as a safe place for that inner work—to confront the false narratives, reclaim truth, and walk boldly in your God-given identity. It’s more than pages and prompts. It’s a personal invitation to return to yourself.
